Aliza Professional Straightening Comb

These days, there are loads of products on the market to straighten hair. However, one of the newest products we want to discuss today is the Professional Straightening Comb, made by Aliza Beauty and distributed by Jason Beauty.

This comb lets women get salon-quality hair from their own homes. This article will look at its main features and explain why it’s worth buying.

PTC Heater
PTC stands for “Positive Temperature Coefficient.” This form of self-regulating heater gets hotter as the resistance gets stronger.
Resistance refers to the current control, a complex science term that would turn this product article into a science book.

However, the important thing is that because of the PTC heater, this comb can maintain a constant temperature throughout your combing.

Auto-Shut-Off at 60 Minutes
As with any heated hair appliance, leaving it on risks causing a fire. Turning off heated hair products is too easy. Imagine the situation. You’re done straightening your hair, and you leave the house. But, when the hot metal comes into contact with flammable material, like carpet, you could risk burning your home.

And leaving it on is not uncommon. 1/12 women have admitted to leaving their straighteners on at least once. And almost half have panicked about it while being out.

Although the 60-minute shut-off isn’t guaranteed to stop a fire, it significantly reduces the chances.

LED Indicator
This is a simple but game-changing feature. When the comb is heating up, an LED light will flash. Once you get a constant light, that means it’s done heating.
So, you will never need to do those awkward and dangerous “is it hot enough yet?” tests again.

This feature is standard on many heated hair appliances. Yet, it prevents you from either allowing the device to stay hot for longer than it needs to or having to touch it to test the temperature.

Temperature Control
This heated comb has six different temperatures; 80, 110, 140, 170, 200, and 230C. You can adjust the temperature based on your hair type. A general rule is that you should comb coarse hair at higher temperatures.

This feature allows you to share this comb with other girls with different hair textures.

Chrome Coating
The heated comb is Chrome coated. It’s covered in a thin layer of a metallic element called Chromium. As metals go, Chromium is excellent at conducting heat and has an incredible shine.

It’s not quite as good as silver or copper, but these metals wouldn’t make a good comb. Silver is far too expensive, and copper corrodes over time. Chrome is also rigid and shiny; it will last a long time and not become fragile.

The Cable
The cable is 2.5m long, the same length you would expect a heated comb in a professional salon to be. The main benefit is that you can plug the comb into a socket and do your hair at a table. You will not need to sit on the floor.
